This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

This lone bare-limbed tree is by the lake in Langan Park in Mobile, Alabama, a popular place for families to play in the park, have cookouts, and enjoy some outdoor concert entertainment. Also known as Municipal Park, it opened in 1957 and was named for Joseph N. Langan, a former Mobile mayor, who was also a state senator and city commissioner. The park offers a variety of user friendly spaces, such as the eighteen hole Azalea City Golf Course, the Mobile Tennis Center with its 50 lighted tennis courts, children’s playgrounds and picnic areas. The Mobile Museum of Art, The Mobile Botanical Gardens, and Playhouse in the Park are all just across the lake/street from Langan Park.

Although I have no formal training in photography, I have always enjoyed taking pictures. Photography has been a hobby for over 30 years: from the simplicity of a tele-instamatic camera, to learning the intricacies of the more challenging 35mm. I explored 35mm low light photography at Mardi Gras parades with my dad's old Argus camera which had no light attachment. Also used it on vacations, still getting by without any light attachment - the camera was so old an attachment could no longer be purchased for it, if it in deed was ever available. Later, I purchased a Yashica 35GSN and had the ability to use external lighting with it. Eventually I added an APS camera to the mix and in recent years have gone digital. I have truly enjoyed the...
